Hi Tracey,
We used to live behind you on Dofred Rd.
I think it was around 1979 to about 1984
You used to come and play with Jennifer, she was only 1 or 2 years old at that time. I still have a picture of you playing with Jennifer and Missy in our old back yard. Your Dad called us to night it was sure nice to hear from him.He gave me your web site.Your wedding photos are just beautiful. Jennifer is married now also her husbands name is David also., very nice guy. It must have something to do with the name.
Any, I just thought I would say hello, not sure if you remember me or not, it was a long time ago.
Take care
Glenn and Lyn Blanchette

Hi Tracey,
What beautiful pictures. You are very talented to have such a nice web site. I am a computer dummy.
I love the beach too. I live in Indiana and also have a house in Florida near Fort Myers Beach I would like to spend more time in Florida, but hubby's job keeps him in Indy more often then I'd like.
Welcome to Patients Like Me. I hope to see you around.

Greetings,
Enjoyed your site and a peek at the sliver of your world. For me, MS was diagnosed in 1985. As a tribute to my deceased Dad, who suffered a massive heart attack the day of my diagnosing lumbar puncture/spinal tap...I gave up eating things with a face. It has made all the difference. I am living medication/injection free. Will be starting my 40th year of teaching soon. (When I've eaten rich, fat laden foods around the holidays...that is when optic neuritis and other inflammation bad boys pop up.) Not worth it! A vegan diet is optimal for holding MS at bay. All the Best to You. See ya on Scroggle. D

Hello Tracey
I think you are a true inspiration to everyone. Your story is similar to mine. I have had MS since 2001 and I am fortunate to have a hubby who loves me and stood beside me for better or worse in sickness and in health. I never show my emotions much but today I let the tears flow
thank you

HEY TRACEY, I AM NEW TO THIS SITE, I AM 36 AND HUBBY IS 37, HE WAS DIAGNOSED IN 2000 WITH M.S. AND I THINK I AM FOLLOWING SUIT! IN 2002 WHILE PREGNANT WITH OUR 4TH AND FINAL CHILD, I HAD SOME NEURO PROBLEMS, THE BRAIN MRI REPORT SAID I HAD LESIONS "CONSITENT WITH M.S. AFTER ABOUT 2 MONTHS THOSE PROBLEMS WENT AWAY, (BUT IT WAS AWFUL) NOW HERE IN AUGUST 2007 I STARTED WITH MORE PROBLEMS. HAD A BRAIN MRI YESTERDAY, THIS REPORT SAYS "CHRONIC DEMYLENATING PROCESS" IT SAYS THERE WERE 9 LESIONS FOUND IN MY HEAD ALONE!! NEVER HAD A SPINAL MRI YET. I AM SCHEDULED TO SEE A NEUROLOGIST IN OCTOBER, SHE WILL PROBABLY WANT ME TO HAVE THAT MRI OF MY SPINE, AND QUITE POSSIBLE A SPINAL TAP, UHGGG!! PEOPLE ARE SO BAFFLED THAT HUBBY HAS IT, AND IT IS LOOKING LIKE I DO AS WELL NOW, I GUESS WE ARE REALLY SOUL MATES, (WE MET ON A BLIND DATE ALMOST 19 YEARS AGO) I LOVE CATS TOO, WE HAVE 2 PERSIANS, AND THEN MY TROOPER WHO IS MY "SOUL KITTY" EVEN HAD TROOPER TATOOED ON MY ARM! LOL!! WE FOUND HIM AS A NEW BORN IN OUR GARAGE, AND I RAISED HIM SINCE THEN, SO HE THINKS I AM HIS MOMMY. OUR KIDS KEEP US BUSY, AND I AM STRESSED OUT LATELY FOR MANY REASONS, WHICH COULD BE THE REASON FOR THIS LAST ATTACK. I WOULD LOVE TO TALK TO YOU, AND MY NAME IS DAWN, HOPE THIS FINDS YOU WELL!!
Aug 17 2007 10:41 am
Hello Tracey,
I found your web site while surfing the internet for MS-related information (I may have it, no final diagnosis yet but I guess I do) and loved it! I bookmarked it immediately and check in all the time to see if there are any news.
I am originally from Germany, went to university in Canada and have been living and working in Moscow, Russia for the past 14 years (I am 35). I have five adopted cats (all from the streets of Moscow) and am involved in homeless animal rescue (www.moscowanimals.org). I just read that you have a cat with diabetes - incidentally I had a cat with the same problem (diagnosed in Canada), and he lived for 15 years (8 of those with diabetes in insulin shots twice a day) and survived the move to Moscow in 1993.
Anyway, thanks for being there and for sharing your life with us!
Regards from Russia,
Barbara

I am not sure if you remember me - Melissa Sansom from across the street. Your dad gave us the address for your site and I think I have read everything you have written!
Let me just say, you haven't changed a bit! You look just like I remember when Kate and I used to go over and play Nintendo with you. Your wedding pics are absolutely beautiful and so are your kitties :) And we can't forget little Benjamin...he looks just like your dad!! He is super cute.
You are so positive and let me say that more people should share your outlook in life!! You are truly an inspiration Tracey.

Help Raise Awareness For MS / Multiple Sclerosis
My name is Jennifer and I was dx with MS in August 2004. I wanted to do something to promote awareness about this disease and raise funds to help others that have MS. I see alot of things for awareness of breast cancer, etc. But not so much in regard to MS. With this in mind my husband and I created a Ribbon Magnet that can be placed on a car or anywhere else your imagination takes you.
100% of the net proceeds from the sale of the magnets will be donated to the MSF "Brighter Tomorrow Grant Program" - This is a great program that provides needed items and services to persons
with MS that cannot otherwise afford them.
Displaying This Ribbon Will Create Awareness About Multiple Sclerosis & In Turn Help Find The Cause, Better Treatments & Ultimately A Cure For MS.

Hallo Tracey,
thank you very much for doing this wonderful homepage. It always helps so much to see somebody lerning to deal with this difficult desease. Yesterday I had a bad day, but when I found your hp somehow that was a consolidation for me. Dried my tears. We have to organize our live every week better or somehow new. (Hard to describe, but you know what I mean). The best in fact was to hear a person who is honest in telling that it really is a problem with concentration. It is important to talk about this. It is more difficult to manage live with low concentration, that with low power in the body. (please excuse my english I'm lerning). I wish you all the best and will be here to visit you again. Perhaps you will find some day a little time to continue a little bit. .... Nadja vom Germany

Hello Tracey
Thank you for sharing your life through your website. Your wedding photos are beautiful! I was shocked to be diagnosed with MS a year ago and have felt very alone in my struggle. I am so pleased to find websites like the MSIF one to meet other people touched by MS.
You have a beautiful spirit and a kind heart. Thank you for your encouraging words; I feel renewed by them.
Cheers

Hi Tracey,
My name is Karen Hudak & I received your name as my riding partner for MS Global. Today was the first day of a 8 day trek through Switzerland, Italy & France. I am riding with a group of 20-30 cyclists with the Tyler Hamilton Foundation we are riding for MSIF. You can find out more about the ride at http://www.tylerhamiltonfoundation.org/msglobal51.html.
I received your inspirational bio & I wish you the best in your journey with MS because I will be there right with you... for I too have MS. I am on my 10th year and it has been one eye opening experience. I have met so many caring people along this journey that have truly brought a face to MS. Find a link to my fundraising site http://www.active.com/donate/msglobal2006/karenhudak or if you will like to email littlehudie@yahoo.com. I will do my best to keep in touch through each day if I find an internet connection, I hope you do the same.
Just BELIEVE and we will find a cure...

Hello Tracey,
I feel I already know you. What a positive attitude you give. I too have MS and am a grandmother (63)of 7 wonderful kids here in the U.S. My husband and I travel in our Rv half the year and reside in Fl. during 6 mos. of winter & spring. This summer we went to Niagara Falls. Imagine my delight in riding my 3 wheeler bike around "Goat Island" there and soaking up the beauty. On our way south we stopped in at Hershey Chocolate Factory. We smelled the aroma of cocoa bean rising up to the hill we were on. We visit family on our slow return south.I am on Rebif for almost 3 years, Avonex was first med. I am able to sightsee early in day and retreat to Rv , pool or air-conditioning during of heat of day.I am thankful to still be mobile tho much slower with a cane. My son is seeing a neurologist and may also have MS; This may be an added sorrow, but we know God has His purpose for the things He allows and will bring something good from all our situations. All our best to you and your family from a couple of old married folks. Connie and George

Hi Tracey
I viewed your photos and read some of your diary. I love it, you paint a picture of a LIFE. You appear to be strong and a person who keeps trying to move on while this MS thingy haunts you. You are a beautiful person inside and out. Hold fast to your life and enjoy your minutes, cats, and of course your husband. Keep writing...your inspiring.

Hi Tracey,
I too read your profile on the MS sight, how weird for me, your symptoms were exactly the same as mine, starting with the pins and needles in the feet, then the numbness, that was five years ago,i am treatment free, determined to fight this all the way, I too am married with two children, if you ever fancy a chat I am on shelly.spragg@peugeotmail.co.uk.
Good luck for the future
and remember to keep smiling

I'm so happy that you have people as loving and supportive as David and your family. It's been a long time, but I have to say, I'm so proud of you and the person you have become. I look forward to getting re-acquainted and doing some serious scrapbooking:)

I must admit that it's a little scary to see myself playing the guitar in your photo array, especially when I remember the size of the audience at your reception.......what was I thinking? Yikes! On a separate note Linda and I were delighted that you and David enjoyed your honeymoon in PEI. It's always nice to get away for a few days. We look forward to seeing you again on one of our next visits to Saint John.
